The trees that you plant now with Reforest 'Action are for Senegal's next planting season which will begin in January 2011. October to December is an extremely important period because the team in Senegal is preparing for the upcoming plantation season. They will figure out how much to spend on seeds and other materials and they will make final adjustments to the nurseries where the trees will be planted. The seeds will be planted in the nurseries from January to March 2011, and beginning in July 2011, they will be planted in the ground once they are strong enough to resist insects, animals, wind... We are very excited to go through this next round of planting with you !
