MONIWAN

Moniwan fait le choix de proposer des investissements responsables à ses clients. C’est pourquoi nous mesurons la consommation carbone des immeubles qui composent nos SCPI et, en partenariat avec Reforest’Action, nous nous engageons à la compenser.

Comment ? Moniwan prend à sa charge la compensation de la moitié des émissions carbone liée aux investissements de ses clients en parts de SCPI sur une durée de 10 ans en plantant le nombre d’arbres nécessaire.

Chaque associé est également invité à prendre part à ce projet. Pour compenser l’autre moitié, il choisit la forêt dans laquelle il souhaite planter des arbres, pour équilibrer l’impact carbone de son investissement.

Ensemble participons à un monde plus vert !
