2 569 838Trees planted

Each year, 26 billion trees are cut down. Each year, thousands of conferences take place around the world. BrainsWatt launches Speaker4Earth, a label created to take action for the environment through inspiring speakers' conferences, to fight against deforestation. Speaker4Earth provides the opportunity for talks committed to sustainable development to fight against deforestation by planting trees at each conference. Thanks to a social company committed in reforestation, speakers registered on the Speaker4Earth platform will each plant 100 trees per conference. Our goal is to gather an international speakers' competition and plant tens of thousands of trees per year.

Description

Conceived by BrainsWatt, Speaker4Earth aims to fight against deforestation by federating speakers who are planting trees at every talk. The platform wants to create a committed group of dedicated speakers who will put their knowledge and potential impact at the service of the environment. Since its inception, Speaker4Earth has planted close to 6000 cocoa trees in Haïti.
