February 27th is World NGO Day, an opportunity for Reforest'Action to celebrate the partners who support its mission to restore, create and preserve forests throughout the world.
By becoming a member of the European Forest Institute, Reforest'Action intends to strengthen its dialogue with a variety of European forest stakeholders, including scientists. The aim is to continue to expand its work on the continent in the areas of forest restoration, afforestation and urban forests.
The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration will be officially launched on June 5th 2021 during World Environment Day. On this occasion, Reforest’Action is taking a closer look at this initiative which contributes to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.
Reforest’Action is joining this month the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance to promote a new economic model and to conduct innovative transformation based on the respect of nature and biodiversity. By connecting investors to a large range of stakeholders, the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance offers sustainable solutions and develops new market models.
