As a transformation partner for global industrial players, at ESI Group, we are committed to continuously contributing to sustainable innovations, to helping reduce the environmental footprint of our customers by moving away from real tests & prototypes with digitalization, and to positioning human interests at the heart of all decision-making.

As part of our global actions, and as a substitute to offering our customers material gifts, we have decided to offer 2000 plants to all our stakeholders… for our PLANET! This includes an internal initiative for our colleagues from all four corners of the world, allowing them to plant a tree and have an individual positive footprint.

1 planted tree = 1 gift for our stakeholders = 1 gift for the PLANET

We are glad to take part in this ambitious project to restore 320 hectares of forest in the state of Rondônia by the end of 2023. This state is located in the heart of the Amazon and is one of the hardest hit by deforestation in Brazil since the 1990s.

From 2019 to 2021: review of three years of action The project started in September 2019 pursued two main objectives, articulated around two distinct components. Let's look back at the first three years of the project and the benefits generated. Component 1: Developing agroforestry

News from our agroforestry and forest ecosystem restoration project in BrazilLaunched in 2019, this project funded by Reforest’Action seeks to fight deforestation, restore degraded ecosystems and develop edible forests in the heart of the Rondônia state.

The work that has been undertaken concerns two distinct areas:  Private plots where trees have been planted in agroforestry since 2019 A 260-hectare plot within the 90,000-hectare Rio Preto Jacundá protected reserve. The trees that have been introduced there since 2021 in order
