Through its Forest Destination program, Maison Hennessy has committed to preserving and regenerating 50,000 hectares (123,552 acres) of forest ecosystems in France and around the world by 2030, to protect biodiversity and the water cycle and to help counteract climate change. Since 2020, Hennessy and Reforest’Action have supported numerous local, long-term conservation initiatives.

As a forest owner, Maison Hennessy understands deeply the issues involved. Hennessy's heritage is intimately tied to trees, as its cognacs are born of the interaction between oak casks and its eaux-de-vie.
