ORTIN 96 HOLDING a commencé son implantation en Juin 2006 avec le rachat de Honda Motos à Antony (92), puis en avril 2010 l'ouverture d'une franchise Dafy Moto à Cachan (94) et en avril 2014 le rachat de Honda Motos à Clamart (92).  En 2016, ORTIN 96 HOLDING décide de s’investir dans le secteur numérique en montant une start-up qui aura pour but de créer et diffuser un système applicatif dédié à l’économie collaborative.
