Résumé du projet
These plots are located in two towns in the Marne department, near Reims. Victims of poor management by previous owners and the storms of 1999, these plots are now in a state of decline. The new owners wish to renew them by creating a beautiful irregular forest, diversified but also productive in wood. This tree-planting project will create a genuine forest ecosystem. The planting of a multitude of tree species will provide a rich, long-lasting habitat for biodiversity. The forest will also be more resilient, especially as it will be managed on an irregular basis. It will also produce high-quality wood, and store atmospheric carbon on a long-term basis. Finally, the trees planted will also ensure forest continuity.Principales essences :
