This project affects 9 plantations of bocage hedges of 200 metres at a bit more than 1 kilometre of linear plantings in lands owned by landowner in Jura, Doubs and Côte d'Or departments. The hedgerows will be made up of diverse species like hawthorn, chestnut tree, oak, dogwood, currant bush, maple tree... In total, 16 varieties will be planted in the linear plantings to favor biodiversity.

Corylus avellana, Cornus sanguinea, Alnus glutinosa, Quercus petraea, Crataegus sp., Carpinus betulus

The Jura Nature environnement association works with farmers in Franche Comté and Jura to reconstitute a network of hedges to improve the circulation of wild species, and also to improve the living conditions of farm animals.
