Résumé du projet
This 8-hectare copse plantation is the continuation of two previous projects involving a total reforestation of 88 ha. Located in the Vienne department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the land recently acquired by its owner borders the river with the same name. The countryside is mainly agricultural with hedges removed to enlarge the plots. This 3rd reconstitution step aims to create a very diversified copse with 35 species of trees and shrubs. The global objective is to restore biodiversity in this cleared sector. Fruit species will be part of the plantation in order to provide a source of food for future generations.
