Résumé du projet
This project located in Wavrin, in the North of France, will introduce a forest cover in several towns. These hedges are multifunctional as the farmlands in the North are poorly wooded. This uniformity increases the risk of erosion and the leaching of soils, and weakens biodiversity. This year, almost 10 000 trees will be planted in several towns across the North department, for private and public landowners. These diverse projects have multiple benefits. The establishment of trees on these farmlands will favour biodiversity, increase the yields and limit soil erosion.Principales essences :
Crataegus monogyna, Carpinus betulus, Viburnum opulus, Corylus avellana, Rosa canina, Viburnum lantana, Prunus avium, Acer campestre, Euonymus europaeus, Ligustrum vulgare
Nombre total d'essences :
50
